Hilario Duran received two "Best Original Song" nominations for "El Milagro" and "Mambo In Dominante" from the Academy of Canadian Screen Awards for his compositions in the feature film "The Cuban" starring Academy Award Winner Louis Gossett Jr., Ana Golja, Lauren Holly, Giacomo Gianniotti, and Academy Award Nominee Shohreh Aghdashloo
